Forest Hill Lofts – 1001 Roselawn Avenue
The Forest Hill Lofts, located at 1001 Roselawn Avenue, is a more affordable authentic hard loft conversion in Toronto. The reason being that it’s not located right in the ‘city core’ – it should also be noted that it’s on or just outside of the Forest Hill border (depending who you ask).
Forest Hill Lofts was developed and designed by Murray Goldman of Stafford Homes. This 138 suite loft is a conversion from the former Coats and Pattons Industrial building, built in 1932. The loft houses 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom plus den suites up to 1,108 square feet.
Suites feature exposed ductwork, high ceilings, expansive windows and newly polished concrete floors. Some suites have two levels and juliet balconies.
The Forest Hill Lofts also comes with several amenities as well as private rooftop terraces that offer magnificent and completely unobstructed views of the city.
